Jim joined Windermere Real Estate in 2006 after 20 years in technology marketing and sales. He has consulted to many leading global technology and telecommunications corporations on how to launch products, market and sell. He provides professionalism, diligence, industry insight, and negotiating acumen to help his clients buy and sell homes. Jim is a graduate of Princeton University. He works in English, French and is the only Mandarin-speaking Windermere agent in Washington west of Seattle.

Jim, his wife and two teenage sons moved to the Sunnyview Farm located a top Kingston in 2001. An original area homestead, the farm has a 100-year old barn, has sustained up to 15 head of cattle and operated as a Christmas tree farm. Today the cattle and trees are gone but it produces a broad range of fruits. Jim is a board member in the North Kitsap Soccer Club responsible for fund raising, active in the Bainbridge Island Rotary Club as a Rotary Auction bike repairman, and serves the Princeton alumni group in western Washington offering interviews to high school applicants. Jim and his family enjoy new technologies, skiing, biking, surfing, and the arts community in north Kitsap.
